Pac 10 exposed

NIT
California can't cover against New Mexico
California blown out by Ohio St. and knocked out in the 2nd round
Arizona St. blown out by Florida in the 3rd round

NCAA Tournament
Oregon and Arizona knocked out in the 1st round
Washington St. blown out by UNC
Stanford embarrassed by Texas
UCLA is taken to the wire by Texas A&M in a game they should have lost
UCLA blows a 21 point lead to Western Kentucky
UCLA hasn't covered a game yet

IMO this sets up an out right loss by UCLA to Xavier tonight but I'll be happy to take the generous points

Xavier nearly blew the game Thursday but showed a lot of toughness. I hope it carries over today and Xavier gets the outright. But as you said I will be glad to take those points.

All basketball season long the ESPN "experts" represented that the Pac Ten was the strongest conference in the country. They hyped the conference during football season too. Now that the bowls are over and the basketball teams are getting run out of both tournaments, no one is saying much about the Pac Ten now.
