Pirates tonight ???

I stayed away on Sat. when I thought the line was too cheap and the Hall beat DePaul but did not cover. They beat So. Florida by 10 at home earlier this season. In their last 2 home outings, So. Fla. is coming off of a close last second, 1 point loss to UConn and an outright win over Syracuse by 11 points. In their last game, they lost to Cincy on the road by only 1 point.

I think the oddsmakers may be giving them a little too much respect for those last 3 games. So Fla shoots LESS THAN 65% from the free throw line. Yes they have Gransberry, but the Hall can match him with Garcia.

I like the Pirates tonight. But, what else is new--I like the Pirates every night. LOL

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

LOL--I just think they are a good team with a good coach. They have played like crap the last few weeks, but I absolutely can see them making some noise in the Big East tournament.

I said the same thing about UL Lafayette. Its denial bro, you just have to admit it so you can move on.

LOL

I seem to recall last year you were running around humming Neville Brothers and Dr. John songs, while screaming for some jambalaya.

that is why I think the line of So Fla -3 is the correct line. Last 3 they: beat Cuse, lost to UConn by 1 and lost to Cincy by 1.

BUT, the Hall has 4 guys averaging in double figures, and I think that if they are on their game, they will win.

A good frame of reference would be my alma mater...NC state. We suck and we beat Seton Hall, therefore Seton Hall must really suck. Ill take So. Fla in this one based only on the fact that Seton Hall necessarily sucks because they lost to my pack.

Good luck!

Yea.. I mean if seton hall can keep knocking down 3s they have a great chance. Nutter is like night and day, but he had a hell of a game behind the arc against DePaul... Then again both the hall and depaul are terrible at defending against the 3. Thats not going to be good against jones/verdejo. Also Garcia might have the size to matchup with gransberry, but is he mobile enough ? Seems like he may be able to put a few moves on Garcia that will be able to get him decent looks in the paint. You know what you will get from Laing he brings it every night so it will all depend on the surprise freshman hazell and nutter. USF playing much better than when they faced the hall ont he road.. I see what your saying about the line as it will probably be tight and the pirates need a win here. As for myself I will probably have to lean on taking USF on the money line if I can find a way.
