duke just played their best game of the year, and finally beat the Big East who have crushed them the past few years. no way they play as good monday.

butler is a much tougher matchup for duke, just watch and see. their perimeter players will defend the perimeter better, and they will drive duke crazy with their abilityto penetrate--duke's biggest defensive weakness.

90% of the fans will be pro-butler--duke might win but it ain't no blowout, this is an easy cover.

dont get me wrong I can see that scenario youre talking about too

just see it more the way I layed out

IMO teams that just finished playing the best game of the season, all facets

gain confidence dont lose it

youre exaggerating on 90% pro Butler, it might be 60%

Love Butler but dont seee how shorter guards will guard the perimeter better than Wva could

its impossible to guard the perimeter AND crash the boards vs Duke

Wva got caught tweening that and did neither well

either way I wont be betting it, most likely, just an opinion I threw out

Dook by 12-15

fair enough romo---i wasn't really even thinking about the championship game until the cards laid themselves out tonight. i just think a lot of people are gonna get reactionary and drive that line up as if butler doesn't even have a chance. the bottom line is they are the first mid major to play for a national championship in bball in the modern era...and they get a chance to do so at home. they won tonight without their best, or second best player (however you look at it) out or ineffective most of the second half due to injury...one in which he should be back from. and duke couldn't have looked any better against a team they matched up very well against. what can i say, i love butler in this spot.
