So many points will be scored tonight, and I think Lofton and Chism will be key to keeping it close, which they will.

89-86 Memphis

Whats Up Double S..... Looking At This Game Early And Still Handicapping To My Pick For Tonight ..... Somehow Both These Teams Shoot Amazingly Well From The Inside And Beyond The Arc... We Could Say That Tenn Has Played The Tougher Schedule As Of Late Being The Conference They Are In...but I Think People Need To Look Past Memphis Soft Games As Just A Tune Up For This Showdown ...especially In Front A Big Crowd Tonight.....no Solid Pick Yet But Leaning Towards The Over And Memphis Gl

Memphis a VERY atheletic team, but the way B. Pearl coaches (the in the moment decisions) of pressing and pulling back...along with the 3 point shooting ability of Tenn, I think they outright win the game. Disciplined shots and getting under the mans skin or chest will frustrate Memphis and force TO's and mistakes......if Tenn shoots well SU winner only way they DON'T cover the number is if Memphis consistantly breaks the press WITHOUT mistakes, and they do have the ability to do so, but I dont think the MAKERS are looking for that to happen....if they have no problem pushing the rock AS USUAL then there may be orange and white creamsicles smeared on the floor....Memphis will have to rely on ATHLETICISM as for Tenn the have shooters along with a few atheletes
BOL----I was thinking the over but this is gonna be a game of attrition thus leaving me OFF a total. TENN +6.5

Well i will tell u this....

if i do have a play today this is the only game that it will possibly be on....the entire betting world will have atleast a minimum bet on this game (jus for pure watch value)...its as close to a championship game or march madness feel as u can get in sports this month....so I definitly know there is a advantage in the game, and as normal...i will be hoping to find out where dem Vegas BOYZ need the win at, and joining them on the steamroll.

Early lean...without my next 4-5 hours of coin flipping /battleship/ and connect four (lol j/k)

Memphis - wont be pretty...prolly 12-18 pt win.

GL all

arena will probably be empty as most of the state will be at the REAL Tennessee rivalry

No. 1 vs. No. 2.Rival schools from the same state.A pair of fiery coaches who aren't exactly crazy about each other. And, oh yeah, there's the pursuit of perfection.

No wonder the matchup between top-ranked Memphis (that's the perfect one) and second-ranked Tennessee is being hyped like a championship fight.

The Tigers (26-0) are trying to become the first Division I men's basketball team to make it through a season without a loss since Indiana in 1976. This will likely be their toughest test until the NCAA tournament.

Tennessee (24-2) is chasing its own bit of history, looking to nail down its first Southeastern Conference title in 41 years. Though this game won't have any impact on the SEC standings, it could leave the Vols all banged up heading into important league games against Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Florida.

I Think Memphis Wins But The Vols Cover Because Of The Tigers Poor Free Throw Shooting.
