rookiees #2 total of the year and others for thursday
well havent posted since that last horrible day in which everything was opposite of my thinking....but thursday im going to put out another big total as my 2nd total of the year.... we cashed the akron games total earlier and now we will look to hit one more......
i like the fact that missouri has been shooting lights out in its last 4 games...close to 47% each game while increasing its scoring output in each of those 4 games... i believe that a lot of people will be thinking they can shoot with memphis and by paper alone, that may be true...but what is the real story in their tourney play is how their defense has showed up..... 37.3 over their last 5 games compared to the 41.6 for the season..... we all know what memphis will bring thursday with their defense and dominate rebounding .... they have been shooting lights out as well but really had to when they played a hot streaking cal state northridge and had to shoot 58% against a defenseless maryland..... but defense wins championships memphis knows this and missouri has realized this as well.....this will be a big game for both defenses here..... you can expect that......just dont be fooled by this totals number rising over the last couple of days..... it should be rising just by how the offenses been playing...but tonight bank your money with this under and enjoy my 2nd total of the year!!!!!! 30****** under 141.5 missouri/memphis 7***** pitts -6.5 7**** purdue +6.5 7**** over 128 james maddy/ old dommy best of luck mallers

4 UNIT PLAY (NCAA Tourney Total Of The Year) Missouri/ Memphis Over 141.5: The Over is 8-1 in Missouri's last 9 NCAA Tournament games and 24-8-1 in their last 33 games as an underdog, while the Over is 7-1 in Memphis' last 8 NCAA Tournament games as a favorite. Missouri is a team that like s to push the ball as they come in averaging 81.5 ppg (5th in Nation) on 47.3% shooting (33rd). Missouris has also averaged 75.8 ppg in their neutral site games and 78 ppg in their last 6 overall. Memphis is also a solid scoring team, as they average 74.7 ppg (60th), including averaging 73.8 in their neutral site games and 71.8 ppg in their last 5 overall. Missouri allows 66.9 ppg on the year, but they did allow Marquette 79 points in their last game and they have allowed 8 of their last 18 opponents to hit 72+ points. Memphis has one of the best defenses in the nation as they allow just 57.6 ppg overall and just 53.8 ppg in their last 5 games, but they have allowed 70 points in each of their 1st 2 tourney games and neither of those teams possessed the offense that Missouri has. Both teams are more than capable of hitting 70 in this one, and that will make it an easy over here. Easily in the 150's. not trying to bust balls or anything here. just wondering what your thoughts on this were, rook. good luck tonight!

Yes this is true they can miss but they are not. And if you are watching the game you can tell by the pace the game is not going to slow down anytime soon. The over is money which means another L for me
