Rutgers just got HOSED! Officials were awful in this game...

Wow...

St. Johns player ran out of bounds with 1.7 seconds left....the officials simply ran off the floor like they didn't want to deal with it.

Pathetic officiating in my opinion. I feel really bad for those kids on the Rutgers sideline. Officials decided this game more than the players did in my opinion....

Anyone else see all this happen at the end? Two non call fouls that would have sent Rutgers to the line as well.

As a fan of college basketball, I am disgusted with the end of this game. Even if I had played Rutgers +10 I would be livid...simply not a way to decide a game.

It was a makeup call for the rest of the game. Rutgers got every call today.

Not to mention the 2 muggings after the missed free throws. Johnnies lovin' a little home cookin'. No question Big East wants resurgent Johnnies playing more than one game ......

Even though I was on St. Johns in this contest, it was highly disappointing to watch what transpired leading up to the catastrophic events that ended with Rutgers looking at their watch with a few tics still left. It all started with Lavin rolling the dice entirely too early in a terrible coaching decision fouling with 30 plus seconds left on the clock and ended with no-calls on clear fouls being committed down the stretch.

The Big East should be ashamed, but of course, they want plenty of asses in the seats for at least another game. St. Johns winning means more ticket sales, and more money rolling into the conference. Officiating crew get's a little bonus money after this one on a job well done from the big wigs in the Big East.

I disagree....first off, Rutgers had 20 personal fouls compared to 18 for St. Johns. The officials missed 3 calls in the final minute that were obvious fouls.

Was simply a poorly officiated game on both ends....nobody was favored and yes, I did watch the whole game.
