penn state is a DISASTER of a 2nd half team if anyone has paid attention to them. the best play IMO if you are going to play PSU is to take the 1H @ +4. If they are going to cover the 7 they are going to be in it in the 1H and probably be very tight. I would feel much better with a 1H play on PSU than i would a game play. PSU has laid egg after egg after egg in the 2H. That game they blew the 21 point 1H lead at home versus Michigan only to lose by 5 i believe was their signature collapse...lol. Plus even if MSU covers the game and the play was not a good one, you may catch MSU flat in the 1H off that Purdue loss. I could see this game being a 2 or 3 point game at the half and then MSU shitcanning them in the 2H.

good luck on your play. just my opinion.
