So, what the heck is....

the CBI ???

Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about more games, but adding this, on top of the NIT, sort of cheapens the Big Dance (in my opinion). Are there any teams that are NOT still playing (besides Duquesne and Seton Hall).

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

i read somewhere that the CBI actually might get higher payouts than the NIT. as far as why they do this, the NIT gives guaranteed spots to teams that won the conference bu lost the conference tourney and missed out on an at large (VCU, Morgan St, etc). So therefore, s team like Houston ends up getting jammed out of the NIT. CBI took teams that were either good all year, or good right now, that the NIT snubbed. but ultimately, its about the money.

I have no idea what it is but the way I look at it is like this. At least it gives us a bigger variety of games to choose from while we are waiting for the Big Dance to start or on the Big Dance days off.

Could'nt have said it better myself!
Stop complaining and just bet the games.
Would'nt hurt me if they added another group of teams.
