Texas +400 - Hedge or not?

Hey. I bet 5 units to win 20 units at beginning of tournament on Texas +400 to make final 4.

Down to the Elite 8, I REALLY think they beat Memphis, and I expected this matchup when betting this proposition, but should I hedge a little on Memphis? Is this the smart thing to do?

If I were to hedge, how much would you suggest hedging?

Thanks and
BOL

No sense in hedging a 5 unit bet when thats the size of a normal bet for you anyways....I dont like hedging at all until we are talking huge amounts per se for whoever is hedging....now if you have a bad feeling thats another thing though and you dont want to kick yourself after the fact....but as I see it you called them to win the thing and now theyve gotten this far no need to back off now.

IMO though Memphis lays the beat down on them but thats just an opinion

PEACE

I don't know ...

... why not hedge 5 units to cover your original wager and ride out the rest on the team you like if you think the outcome is going to be close in your opinion? Of course, once you start hedging, when do you stop? GL either way!

not at all bfd..most had texas this far anyways..

line is -160
so to hedge the 5u id need to bet 8u.. meaning I only win 12u if texas wins..

if I were to had waited this long and bet 5u now on Texas ML +145, id win 7.25u, only 5u difference.. think I might just let this one go
