3. Pick a total of eight teams.
one #1 one #2, #3 or #4 seed two each from seeding quadrants (5-8) (9-12) (13-16). 4. The winner is the person whose eight teams accumulate the most points throughout the entire tournament. Basically you are looking for two things: A. Teams that score a lot of points B. Teams that win games. who would u take??
