what the frig happened here?????

following the game on espn.com and it goes final UTEP 55-52. i have houston +4.5 ok cool. i look back and they fouled UTEP with 0.0 seconds left?????????????????? have to be friggin kidding me!

i look at cbs and it says the same thing foul with 0.0 seconds left. even if there is 1 second left on the clock. why foul???? it will still take 0.4 seconds off the clock and how the heck are you gonna get a shot off!

sounds as wretched as the seton hall/georgetown game earlier in the week...seton hall down 3 with .7 left and foul..made 2 fts and i lost
