Where should Pitt be seeded in the tourney?

Impressive run through the Big East tourney.

Cant see them being less than a 4 or at worst one of the top 5 seeds.

Completely different team when they have everyone healthy and some of the bench players have really come on late in the year.

Biggest flaw as with every Pitt team in recent history--can shoot from the line. If they could, would have completely routed Georgetown yesterday.

Dangerous team if they get a good draw. Wouldnt want to catch them if I was coaching a #2 team and had to play them as a #5 seed in the sweet 16 game.

No lower than a 4 seed IMO....The committee has to consider that this team was a legitimate top 5 team in the country before the injuries hit. With Fields back and Ramon playing his natural position makes this team a very dangerous team in the tourney. Cook was a monster the last 4 games and if he can keep up that consistency in The Big Dance then Pitt will hopefully get over that damn Sweet 16 speed bump.

My 2 biggest concerns are, 1) The refs in the tourney always call a tighter game than the Big East refs. That puts Pitt at a disadvantage. 2) As always the free throw shooting is a concern. Granted they shot pretty well in the Big East tourney at the end of games but to give away free points in the tourney can always come back to haunt you, especially when you reach the Sweet 16 and the games are usually close.

Nice defense, horrible Free throw team. Won't win shooting FT like that.
