Question Who is the best point guard in the country?

and who would you take first in the nba draft for the pg position?

i think the best college piont guard is Collison (ucla)

not sure i would draft him first tho ,, NBA go with Gordon (IU)

darren collison best pg in nation and its not close...would consider taking him definitely. he better than farmar coming out of college

hmmm....best pg...well, while in college, and because he's a junior, i'd give the edge to collison right now. he's a winner and plays phenomenal defense.

but when it comes to best pro prospect, i'll take two freshmen pg's over all... and not who you think.

number one would be bayless out of arizona. three thirty point games in a row as a frosh in the pac 10 is ridiculous. and his passing is good too. more of a score first pg, reminds me a lot of ai. he'll avg 20 a game in the pro's easily.

two, would be calathes from florida. 16/5/6 a game is ridiculous and at 6'6" he is gonna be a handful once he matures. fundamentally sound 2:1 Assists to turnovers--kid could be a taller version of nash.

rose might break the list but really haven't seen what he can do since that team is already so talent filled.

as for gordon, he's got more turnovers than assists this year, i see him as beng more a mitch richmond type two guard than playing the point.

collison can't get his shot off easy enough to be a stud in the pros. he has an extremely slow release.
