Why is the Wisco/Illinois spread -2??

I realize it's in Champagne but is Wisco really that bad on the road??? I watch Illinoisa lot and I'm thinking Wisco big tonight...

I could not agree anymore!! I am not syaing its a trap, but this line looks like the biggest trap I have seen this year. I cannot believe the oddsmakers would still be giving respect to Illinois at 10-16ats, 5-9 ats at home!
