0-2 teams (discussion)

Minny, Jacksonville, Seattle, San Diego, all decent teams in my opinion who need a W in the worst way. Seattle may have the best chance for the W when you consider the teams opponents for this week. After all the Rams have looked pretty bad in their losses to the Philly and NY. Scoring only 16 points total in two games and giving up 79. The spread opened up at 7 1/2 and has quickly moved up to 9, 9 1/2 in spots. What do you think?

Minny, as we all know let the Colt's off the hook last Sunday. 5 fg's let the Colt's hang around in that game. Obviously, Peterson is the real deal. It's Jackson at QB that everyone is talking about. Carolina is no slouch this year at 2-0 and have come from behind both games. I'm thinking Minny get their 1st W this Sunday. I'm only waiting to see if i can get the -3 as all I see are 3 1/2's right now. What do you think?

Jacksonville, unbelievable at 0-2 imo, face the possibility of starting out 0-3. Say what you want about the Colt's and their injuries and how their offense (running game) has diminished, they are still a tough out as long as Manning is running the show. Points in this one do look awful good though Jacksonville QB is struggling as he has already thrown as many picks as the entire season last year.

Chargers, 0-2 but as we all know should be 1-1, but reality is their not. As long as coach keeps bitching about it the more distracting it's gotta be for the team as a whole. Still, you got to like them and this offense at home against a conservative Jets offense led by Favre. They are going to have to turn Favre loose in this one because i think they are going to get way behind if they don't. What do you think?

Right now I lean towards, Chargers and Vikes,(strong) unsure about the other two although I lean towards the points in the Colt's game and Seattle in the other.

Seattle should win.

Minnesota is going to be a lot better with Frerotte under center. Tarvaris will probably start hanging around with Vince Young on days off.

Jacksonville. Offensive line problems, expect this to continue.

San Diego. Bring back Marty.

That would be the following teams:

Points don't come into play to many times in the NFL. That's a pretty sad looking slate of 0-2 teams. The first 4 have struggled to score this seson. Jacksonville and Cleveland stand a chance to get off the 0-2 mark. I don't think any of the first 4 can win this Sunday. But can any of them keep it close

KC +5 1/2
Cincy +13
Miami +12 1/2
Rams +9 1/2
Lions +4
Jacksonville +5
Cleveland + 2 1/2

Not so coincidentally I'm actually leaning the Rams and Lions this week. I think I found some value and hopefully it works out.

Might be their best chance to at least get an ats cover.
