10 point 3 team tease - who would you take?

Guys my local has 10 point 3 teamer. Even money, if 1 team pushs its a loss. Thinking about really loading up as first week of nfl games usually closer than normal. At first glance here is what I was thinking. Who would you take? I would like to hear opinions

Chargers +1
Titans +11
Or
Over 26.5 steelers

I rarely play teasers but I would use these in some teasers if I was playing them today. Also I am personally cautious of teasing small road dogs (Steelers/Titans)

Giants/Skins over 29
Ravens +9
Chiefs +4.5
Colts/Texans under 53.5

GL to you guys this year .. i broke the rule of taking my own team yesterday line was trap i knew it all along but still took it thinking it was such good value .. lets get it back today!
