one negative i see is Collins reportedly has been awful in training camp so far

I'm surprised the line has dropped. It was at -6 1/2 not too long ago. The fact that Dungy cares less about pre-season games is the big one here. If you like wagering on bench sitters and wanna-be pro players, this is as good a game as any to wager.

Still Skins -4 or 4.5 on Redskins weekend looks good.
