Thumbs down 15 NFL Coaches most likely to be fired

They all won't go but expect major shakeup of NFL coaches this offseason. Hard to imagine more than 5 of these below surviving the cut. In my favorite repeated topic, I give you the 15 coaches that could be fired, listed in no particular order.

Wade Phillips - Dallas Cowboys
Only a serious playoff run will probably save him and a loss to Philadelphia in the season finale should be the nail in the coffin.

Andy Reid - Philadelphia Eagles
Time could be running out for the long time Eagles coach. They will most likely miss the playoffs and management might be ready for a big time shakeup which could result in the exit of the Eagles two biggest names; head coach Andy Reid and quarterback Donovan McNabb.

Jim Zorn - Washington Redskins

The self appointed worst coach in America could get his wish. A win in the season finale and a 9-7 record might give him a one year reprieve.

Brad Childress - Minnesota Vikings
A collapse and missing the playoffs could result in Childress getting the boot in Minnesota. Fans have been calling for his job for months. Could a first round playoff win could save his job?

Rod Marinelli - Detroit Lions
It's hard to imagine a head coach of an 0-16 keeping his job but this is Detroit and anything is possible.

Jim Haslett - St. Louis Rams
Haslett has done little as an interim coach to convince management that he should be the coach of the future.

Dick Jauron - Buffalo Bills
A win over Denver might have saved his job. Jauron reportedly received a contract extension when the Bills were 5-1 but Buffalo collapsed to finish last in the AFC East and miss the playoffs once again.

Romeo Crennel - Cleveland Browns
Well if losing five in a row down the stretch didn't do it, being shut out at home from the lowly Bengals certainly will.

Marvin Lewis - Cincinnati Bengals
Even with injuries, three wins is unacceptable, even for the Bengals. Cincinnati has continued to take a step backwards each year.

Jack Del Rio - Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars were predicted by many to be a Super Bowl contender and instead they are looking at five or six wins at best.

Mike Shanahan - Denver Broncos
It's hard to imagine that even the lovable Mike Shanahan can survive this collapse. Unless Denver beats San Diego in the season finale, Shanny is toast.

Norv Turner - San Diego Chargers
Turner probably saved his job if they beat Denver and somehow get to the playoffs but 8-8 for a Super Bowl contender is just not what fans had in mind.

Tom Cable - Oakland Raiders
Another losing season and Al Davis won't sit pat. It's the Raiders afterall.

Herm Edwards - Kansas City Chiefs

The resignation of Carl Peterson probably sealed the deal for Herm Edwards. Although rebuilding, two wins including more than a half of dozen losses by less than a touchdown should result in some change.

Eric Mangini - New York Jets
The Jets spent a lot this offseason including bringing in future hall of famer, Brett Favre but if New York misses the playoffs, hard to imagine ManGenius surviving another year in New York.

Dal - can we just ahve a new head coach - keep Wade as D-Coord. That way he doesn't have to use his old man brain fro more than 6 hours a day...

Jason (Red Jesus) Garrett - sux as a play caller. Can't believe we didn't run the ball more against Balty - 5 yds a pop just about every time and we keep chunkin it...

im not so sure Wade is going to get let go. Jerry really wants jason garrett as the next head coach, but i think he realizes jason needs more grooming.
