2011 NFL Scouting Combine on NFL Network....updates

Been watching most of the morning....

Julio Jones has outperformed A.J. Green in pretty much every drill.

4" higher vertical (almost 40" total)
Faster 40 time by almost a half second
Longer broad jump by almost a half foot (11'3")
Ran crisper routes and used his hands better in the pass catching drills

Does he jump AJ in the draft because of his performance?

Pettis looks solid. Would love to have him on my team

Tyrod Taylor looked like shit during the drills, but wowed with his individuals

Combine affects draft stock for no reason IMO.

Shitty players have their stock skyrocket because their measureables while on the field performers might dip because of the same thing.

The good teams dont fall for that crap. Maybe draft a project with good measurables late but these teams wasting top picks on players who can run and jump probably waste 3-4 years teaching them how to play football only to see them walk as FA's if they ever pan out.

Millen always wasted high picks on combine stars which is why he never had a single decent football player come through here.
