I have been playing football for many years and in the eighties and the early ninetys football was a bit on the corrupt side. As time went the nfl did one hell of a job cleaning up the refs. This season what i have seen and i have direct tv and watch a lot of games.3 things that really stand out is the new kick off rule, this rule if you think about it will hurt scoring by the end of the season. The rule is a joke,i call it the las vegas rule. Next the teams do not know how to score tds in the red zone. The colts have led in that stat for the last 3 years for scoring in the red zone.The colts do not run the frekin ball up the middle against 10 and 11 man fronts. Last but not least becarefull the refs are on a roll this year with the bad calls and the stopage in play, which is a drive killer.I know everyone on sports forum always post how much there winning,but we all know the truth very few people beat the nfl week in and out. So watch yourself this year the books have killed the public 3 weeks in a row in the nfl,look for that to go on.
