49ers reach 1-year deal with Bryant Johnson

Johnson, 27, caught at least 40 passes in each of the last four years as Arizona's third receiver. He has the speed Mike Martz likes outside, but isn't known as a precise route runner, a requirement in Martz's offense. We've yet to see the financial terms, but his addition makes it less likely that Ashley Lelie will be on the team. Johnson could push Darrell Jackson to start.

NFL network is reporting that the 49ers are gonna part ways with WR D.Jackson. After adding Bruce and Bryant Johnson, the team no longer needed the disappointing Jackson. It's doubtful that Jackson will ever repeat his pre-2005 numbers, but he will draw interest from teams with a West Coast offense. Likely destinations include the Eagles, Redskins, Bucs, and Vikings.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?
