49ers vs packers

After a very dominate performance it looks like the packers may be in for some trouble. It looks to me that the Niners have a WAY better defense then the packers. Will be interesting to see how things line up but I look forward to this match-up. My guess is the 49ers beat them and beat them bad.

The most impressive thing about that 9ers win was their offense which had no trouble moving the ball. That hasn't been the case all year, where they've often struggled. Defense is very good too, but I still say the Packers would beat 'em. With a healthy Big Ben the Steelers wouda even had a chance. That ankle must be friggin killing today. A high ankle sprain is usually a 4-6 week injury. Can't believe he played the whole game.

THE funny thing is 49ers are such a fraud as playoff teams go

playing in the red every game on a losers schedule

MINUS 26 Yards per game the championship avearage is + 35 yrds per game or more after all 16 games completed

last year frauds all went down in playoffs

Falcons #1 Seed + 18 YPG
Bears #2 Seed - 8 YPG
Sehawks #3 Seed - 24 YPG

Saints were not a fraud but losing to thier rival Bucs was kiss of death because any team That REALLY loses to The BUCS Never won a superbowl !

AFC frauds

Patriots +5 YPG (they were minus 50 ypg most of year)
COLTS + 10 YPG
Chiefs were a joke

Ravens + 38 ypg

Steelers and Packers BOTH + 62 YPG and both Plus in to's Steelers stronger at + 18 TO's

packers were + 7 in to's

This years Packers however are only plus a paltry putrid 8 YPG with two games left they would need to outgain both foes by 276 yards each

Saints are far and above the required YPG but as soon as they lost to the Buccaneers i put an X through them

Falcons never had em on superbowl list

only team in NFL thats tops across the Board is the houston texans

but relying on a rookie QB to get you to the bowl isnt going to happen

You would think they could afford to pay the electric bill out there. As far as the 49ers are concerned, they have a win against Pitt at home, and losses to Baltimore away, and Dallas, at home. I am not overly impressed with that record. The 49ers are probably going to get New Orleans in their first game. Let's see how good there defense is against that offense.

Just because no Superbowl winner has lost to the Bucs doesn't make this true forever. This is an example of fuzzy thinking. Trends are trends, until someone breaks that trend. IF Green Bay and SF are not going to get there, then NO has the best chance to do so regardless of a loss to TB on the road.

MR who ist off i'm no dude ! secondly i stated that any team THAT REALLY lost to the bucs in seson NEVER won a super bowl !

The saints that year had bucs hammered at half time 17 -3 then went second string in 2nd half and just didnt play final 3 games of year vs cowboys Vs bucs and of course @ panthers benched every one !

Last year Saints really lost to Bucs week 17 at home exite @ Seahawks

Seawks lost to bucs week 16 @ tampa exit @ Bears all the years before that every team who lost to TB in season never won the superbowl

1st thier was the highest scoring offense ever in NFL history the Vikings who went 15- 1 way back when Tampa was in NFC north div VIKES LOST in Finals to the falcons in ot

THEN the topper of all the 01 rams #1 seed in NFC lost to tampa on a MNF game at home they got to THE superbowl as a 14 point chalk to the Patriots and LOST to the Patriots 20-17 now if you desire i will pull out 12 years of books that show every playoff team who lost to Tampa bay never saw the superbowl !

the only problem with SF is they can't score TD's in the redzone and against green bay that will not work.they may have the best defense but you have to out score green bay to beat them
