He violated his plea agreements with a court in Atlanta. The ruling was he would not have any issues arise, not arrest, but he would not have any issues that include alcholol.

Pac Man was reinstated 41 days ago. 41 DAYS AGO! He was told there would be a 0 tolerance. What is Goodell suspose to do?
