Is the AFC West the worst division in football ?

Probably, they do have 3 of the worst teams in football in the Raiders, Chiefs, and Chargers. And Broncos D is pretty bad. That said the Broncos will most likely be 11-5 or 12-4 and win the West

Oakland is rebuilding so they're going to be 2-3 years before they return to form.

Kansas City needs a QB, period. Before anyone talks about them seriously again, they need a QB.

San Diego was phenomenal last year, just coming up short going to the SB. Without Merriman, they're D is lacking. And with Tomlinson's toe injury, Rivers is limited to what he can do. Granted, he's doing it very well so far, but without a solid run game, teams will catch on. Look at Buffalo.

Denver's offense is great this year, but their defense is garbage. Bailey & Bly are touted as the best CB combo in the league. If that's true, then why the hell are they giving up so many big plays downfield? The best part (and only good part) of their D is their LB core. Dumervil's the only real talent on the D line, and I personally think Dre Bly is overrated.

So in comparison to the rest of the conference, yes, the West is the weakest. Compared to the league? I'd still say the NFC West is the worst. Now I'll await the reply from the Broncos hater...
