Alex Smith has a new OC, again!!

San Fran just fired their "new" Offensive Coordinator three games in. This will be Alex Smith's 6th or 7th OC since college. No wonder the guy can't grow as a QB.

I am very disappointed in what I have seen from them. I really like their defense & love the coach, but I think you have to cut ties with the QB. When your on the 6th or 7th OC, I think you have to realize it's the QB who is the problem.

Singletary is way too stubborn to succeed in this league. It HAS to be HIS way. HIS way is a failure. Even the Rams are ahead of the 49ers. This team is getting tired of his crap. Time to let him go. That rah-rah stuff only lasts so long in the NFL, and his time has come and gone. Mr. Hardass will never learn his lesson.

Jimmy "Mumbles " Raye is gone. Alex Smith should be right behind him on his way out.

Winers

Reading the thoughts from you guys. I have to agree. Niners are a mess & Singletary is stubborn. They have a bad QB who last Mon. Night was called by espn announcers as coming to his own.
" His own what?"
Oh yeah he brought the niners back to tie the game in the 4th qtr. and then the team lost anyway.
0-3 but they play in a division where 8 maybe 9 wins will win the division. So they are not out of it yet. Niners will continue to tread water and play sub 500 ball until they get a real head coach and QB.
Singletary would be a good maybe great defensive coordinator but HC not his deal.
Later,
L.D.

Raye was never a good hire in SF. They need to look at the entire team. The D on this team isn't exactly great. They got lit up by Seattle and the Chiefs.
