Antonio Gates Status

Anyone think he will miss the game? If he does, Colts definetly cover. Thats the one sopt the Colts little ass linebackers cant defend. He will have a field day against them. However, LT will have his hands full with #21. With no Gates, they can committ to only LT and make Chambers lose every jumpball

he has a sprained toe...he'll probably take a pain shot and play cuz he's a gamer. And which midget qb is going to jump over chambers? BTW, I would hate to be the team to face LT after he was shut down

You also forgot about Vincent Jackson on the other side. he is emerging into a pretty good player.

Gates is hurt, but I am sure he will play. Also, read this morning that Lorenzo neil is probably going to play too.

Same injury Anquan Boldin missed one game with, he was really close to playing in the game he did miss, the key is swelling and finding a way to make his foot comortable. The big toe contibutes about 85% of your pushoff so obviously it can be dehabilitating. Everyone responds differently to these injuries, does not make someone tougher than another player you just don't know how toe will react thruout the week, my guess is a legit game time decision, if they riule him out early oin the week he is probably done next week also even if they win this week.

John Clayton is reporting that it is a dislocated toe, not a sprain. I don't think he plays. I think they are going to do the opposite of what Wade is doing with TO. They are going to try and sell it that he is going to be able to go, where Wade is trying to convince the Giants that TO is a game time decision. The players say TO is fine. Wade is known for this type of gamesmanship.

Man I totaly understand your faith, I mean I am the ultimate homer around here after all........but.....I just don't see how in the world they pull this off. Do you really think that Peyton will throw another 6 picks? Do you really think the Bolts can come up with 24 points or so? I think the Colts are good for 28 or so and I don't think the Bolts can keep pace, especially without Gates, but we will see. Good luck.
