Take the over in this one. Don't know if people are still influenced by the Bears and their so called great D but it just ain't there anymore. The Jaguars really helped them out with some poor play last week.

The Bears have struggled getting pressure on the QB all year and won't get close to Brees here. Also, look for the Bears to be able to put up some points with Forte doing most of the work. I think this one flies past the over in the 3rd quarter and don't be scared of the weather. It is going to be approx. 30 degrees here without trecherous conditions.
