I hear that he aggravated it and will be playing @ Denver.
He hasn't looked very good since the injury and they had to play him until Baltimore won the division. Not enough time to heal.
He is going to be hurt and play injured the rest of the way.
That may not be a very long time.

Look for a very low scoring game in Denver. Pitt is without their best RB. Denver is without an offense, period. With Big Ben injured, priority #1 for Pitt is to get a lead. #2 is to run the clock as much as possible and just get the game over with. Pitt is either going to face New England or Baltimore in round 2 of the playoffs. That is not good news for a team nursing injuries.

Doesn't he avg about 20 passing attempts in the playoffs anyway?

With his D-Line it shouldn't matter that much.

He will probably be getting a shot or two of cortizone or something else.

Western playboy could start at qb for Pitt and they'd still beat Denver this weekend:

Let Hines Ward play QB. Won't matter neither of these teams are winning the SuperBowl.

I would agree with that. But I also think the worst thing the Steelers could do this week is look past Denver. As bad as they are, the Broncos can still show up and upset teams.

Sure thing but we're talking just the weekly game here. It's not easy to back a rookie QB in the playoffs. The Boys of Troy should conquer.

he practiced yesterday but he is walking wounded and now the center pouncey is out

i hate this really but superbowl losers rarely make it back to the bowl !

I'm not laying 9 points in this game too many key starters hurnting like even Troy P

Denver + 9 points or no wager !
