The lawyer for Ben Roethlisberger denies allegations from a civil suit that his client was involved in a sexual assault of a Harrah's Casino employee in Nevada.

The civil suit, rooted out by our own Gregg Rosenthal, alleges that Big Ben sexually assaulted Andrea McNulty after asking her to come to his hotel room to fix the television. The incident in question was in July of 2008. "Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty," attorney David Cornwell said. Roethlisberger faces several civil charges, including assault, sexual assault and battery, and false imprisonment. It's unknown if McNulty has pursued criminal charges yet. Jul. 20 - 10:04 pm et

this woman has some serious cred issues. She had an imaginary fiancee and would send emails to herself wth his sig then she dumped herself and went off the deep end. She filed no criminal charges and she waited a year? Gl

The situation with Ben happened in Nevada, at a Celebrity golf tourney a year ago. They could have filed charges earlier, but would have done so in Ohio or Penn, where they had little chance of getting a jury who would rule in her favor. Knowing Ben would return to nevada to play in the golf tourney again, they waited. He did, and they did.
