Post Brett Favre: Does he stay or does he go?

He just said:

"If it is (my last season), I'm on top"

That was in the post game press conference......can a guy really feel that way after ending 3 straight seasons on INTs???

Comments?

I see him coming back. He has a great team around him and Childress will talk him into it. My prediction: he makes it 4 season-ending picks in a row.

Don't see him walking away after that.......also don't see him getting that close to a Super Bowl ever again though if he does come back

Its over and has been for some time. He's to old to get you to the big dance and he cost the Vikings down the stretch with turnovers. Thanks for the memories he was one of the best back in the day. He will retire with in a month, if not sooner, start the count. Momma looked worried watching her boy so I doubt she allows him to go thru this again. Gunslinger talent was amazing.

Think he will retire. He said all season surprised himself that he was able to play at this level which shows doubt that he can keep it up. Had a phenomenal season to end a career on. Yeah it sucks that the last two NFC championships have ended with him making ill advised throws but anyone who can solely blame either of those losses on him has their blinders on.

I think it's over for good for him. Great career & I think he knows at 41, no way he could duplicate this years success

He will be back next year and the Vikes will be in the Super Bowl next year, and this is coming from a guy who is so sick and tired of the drama of will he or won't he with Favre.

Next years difference will be the game will be in Minnesota and not in NewOrleans.
