Broncos/Jets
Is there a possibilty of a letdown here???
Jets just beat the Undefeated Titans, Broncos just lost to the lowly Raiders I am thinking Broncos +9 looks pretty good, a maybe a little on +280 Intelligent thoughts are appreciated, don't come here just to bash the Broncos. Thanks

The Broncos might cover but I don’t think it will be because of a Jets letdown. The Jets need to win to stay in first place and they can’t afford to lose games like this. I would love to see it happen but I can’t see it.

jets are in a letdown spot, but the broncos i dont think are in the right spot mentally after losing the way they did on sunday. cover is a good shot but i'm not sure they can win. losses like the raiders put them in a tailspin, similar to the way the chiefs loss threw them off

When they've been road underdogs, Denver is 2-1 (losing in that blowout @ NE), but beating Cleveland and Atlanta (huge upset) both at home.
Neither of those teams is New York. This team is on a roll, improving each week and looking like a good bet to perhaps make a Super Bowl run..? My heart says Denver (of course it does), but this is the Jets - a team I bet on to win the Super Bowl in June when they were 81:1 ($20 down on it). Needless to say, I'm feeling great about that bet, and for Denver, not great about this matchup. However, NY is 0-3 ATS vs the West this year, so Denver does have a chance, since they're the "best" in the West (which at this point is like being the cool kid on the short bus). I'll lay some coin on NY -9 and if Denver wins, I win no matter what. |

Honestly don't see how the Broncos can win this game. They just don't have the pass defense.. Maybe a cover in a shootout, but I like the Jets here giving the points too.

I actually like the Broncos to cover. Just a gut feeling.

65% 22 yrs in all NFL games WIN as DOG then chalked next week all NFL teams lose da money JETS are deliorous on clod nine beating the 10- 0 Titans and now come home flat to DENVER
ONE of these teams has to bounce i feel since bronocos got emabrrsed at home 31 -10 by the hated raiders and really hated by HC MIKE who got the axe by Al davis yrs ago WILL just step it up and win this freking game JETS vs Bronocs ATS last 9 times are 2-7 |

Wiseguy, as much as I love what you're saying, that 2-7 ATS record is a little skewed:
the Jets haven't had a real QB in the last 10+ years. With Favre in the game, it changes everything. |

Weather could play a role in this game, too. If it's snowing and blustery, it'll make an air assault that much more difficult. So if it becomes a running battle, the Jets still have the huge advantage with that sick Jones/Washington combo.
Royal may play a part on the special teams for Denver, giving them decent field position to start off the multiple kickoffs the Jets will be getting. Just really not looking forward to this game, and yet I am at the same time lol |

Jets cover but moneyline or teasers are safer
