Baltimore Ravens -6 over St Louis Rams

Ravens off a loss last week after a dazzling week 1 effort against the Steelers. They get a very soft team this week with the only thing going for them is home field. Stephen Jackson the starting RB for the Rams is dinged and Sam Bradford has looked pretty lost so far this season. He has nobody to speak of to help him on offense if Jackson doesn't go. The Ravens defense should do well today. I expect Flacco will be better as well.

NY Jets/Oakland Raiders UNDER 41

2 really great defenses here and 2 rather poor offenses (except Darren McFadden - who is outstanding). The Jets are going to force Jason Campbell to throw more today. Throwing into the Jets secondary is very, very bad strategy for any QB in the NFL. As long as there's not too many key turnovers in bad areas this game should be very defense oriented
