Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Unreal.... Donte Stallworth runs and old man over, under the influence and gets 30 days in jail and a 1 year suspension from the NFL (without pay) and Burress gets to years for shooting himself. . Vick gets 18 months for dog fighting. What a judicial system we have. Please tell me I'm an idiot.

Burress has lost nearly 20 pounds in protective custody, and thinks he's in better shape then when he arrived, the byproduct of plenty of workout time. He's has applied for and been denied work release twice already, and will likely have to serve the rest of his two-year sentence. But whenever he gets out, he wants to play: "I'm not just going to come back and play. I'm going to come back and play at a high level. Nobody is going to be more dedicated than me to getting back to a championship...That's the only way I can redeem myself, so to speak."

I do think this is a bit ridiculous as well. Two years for shooting yourself without a permit in the State of NY. He did have a permit in Florida, so it's not like he had nothing. Earl is right as well, Stallworth killed someone under the influence and he basically gets nothing. As long as he had some coin to pay off the family he is scott free. The judicial system in this country is screwed and that is why it is the way it is. I'm not saying Burress shouldn't be penalized, but come on. We let gangbangers and illegals run rampart on this country everyday.

I hear you Earl, Donte Stallworth's crime was way worse and the least penalized, and who the hell likes Pittbulls? Burress should be something like 6 months and 2 years on probation or something like that.

Plaxico Burress getting released from New York State prison on June 6 for good behavior.

Three and a half months early, and will be free to sign with an NFL team immediately.

34 years old and a safe bet to get signed...................................

Former Giants WR Plaxico Burress, out of lockup on June 6, could be handcuffed by NFL's lockout

It appears likely that Plaxico Burress will be playing for one of his two former teams, the New York Giants or the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to team and league sources.

After a dinner with Giants coach Tom Coughlin on Friday night, Burress plans to fly to Pittsburgh to meet with coach Mike Tomlin, sources said.

Sources believe only a productive, fence-mending meeting between Burress and Coughlin stands between the wide receiver rejoining the Giants and making more than $10 million over two years.

However, Tomlin expects to make his own strong sales pitch for Burress to join the Steelers, who made him a first-round draft choice out of Michigan State in 2000, sources added.

It is ridiculous that he did any time. This was Michael Bloomberg in New York wanting to make an example of Plax, showing how strong the gun laws in New York were. After the Diddy-JLo incident, they weren't going to let another high profile "celebrity" get off without doing time. Bunch of crap if you ask me, but that's politics.
