Can the Eagles Earn a First Round Bye?
"The NFL Playoff Picture for the Eagles is quite simple; win out and hope for a Bears loss. Philadelphia has already clinched the NFC East, but are currently half a game back of Chicago at 10-4.
If the Eagles win out and reach 12-4, they would need the 11-4 Bears to lose against Green Bay, dropping Chicago to 11-5. The Bears own the tiebreaker between the two teams on a strength of a 31-26 victory in week 12 meaning Chicago would earn the bye if both teams finished 12-4.
If Philly doesn't earn a first round bye, they would likely face either Green Bay (who needs a win over Chicago), New York (who need a win and a Green Bay loss) or Tampa Bay (who need a tough win at New Orleans).
All three teams are 10-6, but as the number three seed, the Eagles would earn a matchup with whoever prevails this weekend."
