Chris henry dead?
Numerous reports have him either dead or in very serious life threatening conditions after a domestic dispute. Seems he fell out of the back of a pick up truck.

Updating a previous item, the Charlotte Observer reports that Bengals WR Chris Henry suffered "life-threatening" injuries when he fell out of the back of a pickup truck in Charlotte (NC) Wednesday.
Henry reportedly "came out" of the truck during a domestic dispute with his fiancee, a Charlotte native. He is currently being treated at the Carolinas Medical Center, where he was transported by paramedics. As Henry's fiancee was driving away in the pickup, Henry allegedly jumped into the bed and ultimately fell or was forced out. The wide receiver was in Charlotte to finalize wedding plans. The nature of his injuries is unknown, but police say Henry is still alive. Dec. 16 - 6:40 pm et |

From what I have read, he has turned his life around this year. I don't recall reading any negative story about him since the start of the season.
Not sure if he has been confirmed dead but certainly a tragic story. |

Report: Bengals Chris Henry Killed in Car Accident
It appears that Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry was seriously injured in a car accident in North Carolina and some are reporting that he has died from the injuries. Tweet from Dallas Morning News sports reporter @Biodome10 “#bengals Just spoke to the Bengals’ Jack Brennan, he’s confirmed that the accident was fatal. Waiting for Henry’s family to be notified” Jack Brennan is the head of PR for the Bengals. Whether this is a real Twitter account, I don’t know. We’ve seen in the past that there are far too many rumors on the Internet these days so I’m not going to say this is CONFIRMED until I hear otherwise. I’ll update when I find out more information but for now, please pray for Henry as he is at best in serious condition. From ESPN: Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry was involved in a serious accident on Wednesday in Charlotte, the team reported on its Web site. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said in a statement that Henry was found in the road Wednesday in Charlotte “apparently suffering life-threatening injuries.” Henry was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, where his condition was not immediately known. Police say Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his unidentified fiance was driving away from a home. The domestic dispute continued and Henry eventually fell out of the truck. From the Charlotte Observer: Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry was injured after he “came out” of the back of a pickup during a domestic dispute in northern Charlotte, according to police. Officers were called to Oakdale Road near I-485 just before noon in reference to a person down. When officers arrived, they found Henry in the road, with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics transported Henry to Carolinas Medical Center, where he is being treated, according to police. Police say Henry was involved in a “domestic situation” with his fiancee at 840 Peachtree Road. His fiancee, who police haven’t named, got into a pickup truck and drove away from the home. As she was driving, police say, Henry jumped into the bed of the truck. The domestic dispute continued between the woman and Henry. At some point, Henry “came out” of the back of the vehicle. Police refused to elaborate on whether Henry fell or might have been forced out of the truck. From the Kentucky Post: When officers arrived, they found Henry, 26, laying in the road, apparently suffering from life-threatening injuries. Medics transported him to the Carolinas Medical Center. His condition has not been released. Based on information gathered by police at the scene, a domestic situation began at a residence on Peachtree Road. According to police, his fiance got into a pickup truck and drove away from the residence. As she was driving away, Henry jumped into the bed of the truck. Police say at some point when his fiance was driving, Henry fell out of the back of the truck. Homicide Detectives with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department are investigating the incident. Henry’s fiance’s family lives in Charlotte. From Fox Sports: The team confirmed that Henry was involved in a serious accident in Charlotte around 2:30 p.m. ET. The team says he suffered “very serious injuries.” Preliminary reports indicate Henry may have also suffered severe head injuries, the Kentucky Post reported on its Web site. The Bengals told WLWT-TV in Cincinnati that the wideout was in Charlotte visiting his girlfriend’s family.
