Cincy Bengals -130?? enlighten me.......

Why are they setting it at -130.........why not just move the line?

Any help with this one?

Beting %ages and #s they expect to come in if they move it

W/ that juice they can take a lot less $ on that side and still even out if Cle is geting up to a certain amount more. Unless the %age gets blown out of proportion they leave it, may or may not move before game
