Cam has nowhere to go but up and I think he will do fine. He did a pretty good job with a not so great Rivers in San Diego and I truly think he is one of those guys that will be a good "coordinator" but not a great head coach. I think Wade Phillips is in the same boat. Good coordinator, not such a great head coach. Both these guys are not the "take charge" and run the ship type of guys. I think it showed in Dallas despite the 13-3 record. They were one of the most undisciplined team in the league.
