Cowboys locker room situation last year....

Some insight to the locker room situation in Dallas last year most notably "Cell Block D".......

I think awhile back I posted some stuff about Zach Thomas and what he thought about the locker room situation in Dallas. Zach's brother Bart (who played saftey for Texas Tech years ago) runs a chain of Zach's gyms called Zach's 54 in Amarillo. A couple of my buddies coach in Amarillo and workout there. I know from experience that Bart religiously lives through Zach from my time in Amarillo and working out at the gym and from what my boys say, things have not changed. He loves to tell stories about Zach and honestly probably talks more than he should as far as Zach is concerned. He recently told some of my boys some of the stuff Zach said about the situation last year in Dallas. Bart's daughter is a standout athlete at another school in Amarillo and said some of the same stuff to another buddy of mine, which is the head athletic trainer at her school.

* One thing he did was shed some light on the Anthony Henry trade and confirmed that Jerry Jones might actually be trying to clean up the team. I was a little disappointed that the Boyz didn't keep Herny around and move him to safety but now I am not so sure. Bart told my friends about "Cell Block D". Cell Block D is what Zach and a lot of the other guys called the section of the Dallas locker room where guys like Pacman, Tank, and Henry were located. Supposedly, according to Zach, Henry was the ring leader and was one of the biggest thugs on the team. He also mentioned that Roy Williams (safety) was on T.O.'s nuts 24/7 and didn't really stay very involved with the defense throughout the year. This all kind of adds up and led to.......

*Pacman (master thug) released
*Henry (leader of the thugs) traded
*T.O. (enough said) released
*Roy Williams (head cheerleader for T.O) released

Now just get Tank the phuck out of town and keep bringing in guys like Brooking. Igor looks like he is on his way to Big D as well. He visited today and is a Phillips guy. Tony has to step up and lead this team and grow a pair before things will get better. Getting rid of some of the trash is great though and I like the idea of guys like Brady James, Brooking, DWare, and Witten leading the team.

Dallas is going to be terrible next year.... tony romo was living off TO y do u think witten was always so open... due to the fact that teams would scheme to cover owens... Tony romo will be exposed next year... he will throw at least an interception a game and i doubt he will make it through the season as the starter....

Romo is not a very good QB, but Dallas has alot of RB talent, so Romo will not have to be a great QB. All he will have to do is control the game, and not throw INT's. Dallas will run the ball a lot more than they throw it unless they have to play catch-up. With a much better enviornment to play in, I expect the Cowboys to do better than their 9-7 record of last season, but they are still far away from thinking that they are a Superbowl team, something that their fans do every year.

Acting like you have some kind of inside info is a cute little act and all,
but when your gullible positng some rumor/hearsay that you heard or read somewhere
its just sad.... and the fact you wrote an entire page is even more embarassing.

Tank Johnson gave his corner of the locker room a nickname... which was "D-Block" which
he more than likely got the idea from Jadakiss.... following in the footsteps of a rapper...
like many athletes do these days... Either way it was not given to them by zach or anyone
else as you are trying to imply... so ... you lose

anyways reason why im posting I think I owe ran an avy bet for TO... i forget the details so just remind me
and show me what avatar to use.

You don't need a great QB to win a ring. Ask the Steelers.

Dude.......you are the reason many people on here love to hate the Cowboys. I never claimed to know the guys on the team as you and RJB love to do. I was simply relaying info. And you aren't the only one that heard about Tank calling the corner D block, you freaking idiot. Supposedly Zach and others just took it a bit further as an inside thing to make fun of the fact that they were a bunch of phucking thugs. The problem is guys like you are always trying to take up for the thugs that are keeping this franchise from going to the next level. You are the biggest joke on the mall after the shit you pulled last year so don't try to deflect that by calling me out. I am simply relaying info about Henry, etc. I am sure you and Henry play golf all the time though, so what do I know. You are such a tool......
