I'm not sure how I feel about the bet, but I've already pegged the Bengals as one of those teams that will have a sneaky ATS record this year. EVERYONE is dogging them, but i feel their D could keep them in games. I solidified my opinion on this after watching their starters dominate the line of scrimmage against the Jets a week or so ago--the line really looked cohesive and strong. Today they locked up Leon Hall for 4 years. Their CB's Hall, Nate Clemens are a capable bunch and if Kelly Jennings can hold his own. I think they'll might not hit 6 wins, but hopefully the oddsmakers have them getting bunches of points, and my little theory here proves right.
