eh... skins cant cover -9.5 against anyone. youre best option is teasing the skins. im a skins fan, but just sayin logically, the skins couldnt even beat the dolphins by more than a fg at home

With the game meaning absolutely nothing to Dallas and a playoff berth for the Skins playing at home against hated Dallas....they absolutely could cover that amount but

this is still a major rivalry.. skins may win, but laying -9.5 is absolutely insane
