Dear Packer fans: Favre's coming and he aint happy

Vikes -3

$600 to win $600 (bet made with packers fan at work so no juice)

Vikings better at every position with the exception of secondary. Regardless of Favre's "its just another game" comments he wants nothing more than to humiliate the packers in the stadium built on his shoulders. The fact that the corpulent sloppy green bay cheese snorting "real" fans have turned on him will make it even sweeter when he rips their hearts out for Jared Allen to eat. After Farve and the Vikings mop up the packers, the hometown fans can return to their pathetic lives in GB, one of the biggest armpits in the state.

I'll be there in Vikings Purple to rub salt in the gaping wound of each and every "real" packer fan.

Favre's a genius, Rodgers is an ankle grabbing queer, and the packers are finished.

GL

just a word of reason, i hate eli manning and the giants as much as you seem to hate favre's old team, but if i were to bet against them i think i would be like 4-23 ATS in the past 2 seasons

Winfield missing will play a larger role than most think......Packers win easily. Sorry about the loss of money.

I love how deuchebags like the guy who posted this post, make bets and then statements based on their bets that have nothing to do with reason, but only pure emotion. You must be a flaming liberal to only base your decisions on emotions rather than logic.

Now that being said, I am a Packer fan (obviously). You want my honest opinon? I would say the Vikings probably have the edge here, but very narrow. I will tell you though that even if I did believe the Packers had the edge, I would not just post my reasoning based on stupid emotions and comments about how Rodgers is a queer.

Vikings have the edge at every position? Not at QB. And I'm not just saying that as a "Favre basher". Aaron Rodgers has been sacked 4,526 times this year. He is a tough mo-fo. Brett Favre would be dead if he was still on this team. As tough as he is, he would not be able to handle the abuse Rodgers has taken so far......and that IS a knock on our offensive line.

That being said, since you want to take "cheap shots" let me take one of my own.........Your loser Vikings remind me of the Chicago Cubs. All the potential in the world some years and then choke in the playoffs. How does it feel to know that all these years all you needed was a QB to finally take the next step and you have to settle for our leftovers. Favre is decent now....but give him a few more games and you will start to see the INT's go up.....the anger in Minnesota start.....and the fair-weather fans start to go back into the word-work. EVERY year the last few years Favre has struggled late in the year. What makes you think anything will change now?

Let me say something else right now, I'm not here to start shit. I don't post alot anymore on this site cuz I do not gamble as much as I used too, but I do check in from time to time and I will post on a game here and there or answer comments that warrant an answer.

Packers-Vikings is the biggest rival in the North right now. Packers-Bears has tradition, but there is no doubt from either side that this is the biggest rivalry right now.

That being said, come correct or shut your mouth. You want to talk about how bad the Packers O-line is or what an idiot Ted Thomspon is (hence your signature) I'll actually agree with you on those things. But don't start bashing Packer fans or the city of Green Bay. It makes you look like a poor sport and a child. I don't like the Vikings, but I don't feel the need to bash the city of Minnesota over it.

Talk about the game and the players.....oh, and if you want to keep bashing Rodgers too.....go ahead cuz that makes you look uninformed as well. Look at his numbers.
