Did anyone else see Rex Ryan @ strikeforce in Miami?
He was interviewed on Showtime during the Strikeforce event...he picked the colts to win SB...crowd was booing, guess they were dolphins fans lol

Hershey is fighting tonight...god bless him he might need it

I didn't see the fight Trossi, is it worth finding online? Did it look like he is really a 5th deg black belt?

He blew me away bro.. granted it was against an unknown but he fought a very smart fight and was patient throughout.. his cardio was off the chart... even gave us a little dance in there.. lol

he looked pretty relax for his first fight...i think the young dude was intimidated by herschel cus he is a hall of famer and he is 47!!!

It was pretty funny when the crowd was yelling to herschel to knee his opponent in the middle of the fight.
