To me it looks like there is almost no chance now to get in the playoffs. I wish they would have kept sage rosenfels. Favre has taken too much of a pounding already so i would start giving t jackson a chance but don't think it will make much of a difference. This is brett's last year for sure so if jackson isn't the future then they must draft a qb high next year or sign a free agent or trade for an established qb.

Unfortunately Favre is only shot they have. Jackson can play well in short spurts but if he is starter teams will just stack the box and force him to throw.

Will sound like homer but easy part of Vikings schedule coming up. Felt they needed to win 2 in October to make some noise in the north but could easily win 8 of next 9.

None of the remaining 4 road games will be easy, they are already 0-4 on the road. so they may end up 6-10 or 7-9.

I beg to differ. They have Chicago and Detroit left those should be easy road games. Only road game concerned about is the Philadelphia road game. I think people underestimate the quality of opponents they have played on the road so far this season.

Ok but keep in mind they always have a tough time winning in chicago and even though they have owned the lions for so many years the lions are no longer a pushover imo.

why because they beat the Redskins. The Lions still are pushovers until they prove they can win consistently. They stink and lets be honest Vikes play them in week 17 so doubt if they are coming in winning 7 of 8 they won't be able to handle business in that game.

Definately part of the schedule been waiting for. Feel like will learn in next 2 weeks if they are going to be able to go on any type of run. If they struggle in either game guessing your 6-10 will be closer to reality.
