Is Dungy done?

This would be a crappy way to go out but I think he is done, at least for awhile.

Thoughts?

Hope not. One of the few genuine individuals coaching. Most of 'em just fake-ass people. Kinda like the south park episode where there's a vote between a turd sandwich and giant deutcshe, you gotta be that big of a suck-up to make it to that level.

Tony Dungy is one of the best coaches in the NFL. I believe we are looking at a Hall of Fame coach. After all he is the one that built the Tampa Bay Buc's when they won their SuperBowl. One of my favorite coaches and a stand up kind of guy.

Yes, a stand up guy...but not a great coach. He's been fortunate to have great talent that has allowed for his success. It's not common for Dungy to out-coach other coaches. Just my opinion.

They were loaded on the defensive side of the ball.

Yes, extremely loaded on defense...which was the heart of the team.
