Now sits at 13 ... Never been a dd dog fav player like to find value in a dog.. But IMO this is a bad spot this week for the Panthers .. Pitt off a loss vs Panthers off a win.. Running game keeps Panthers in many games ..Not Thursday.. Must win for Pitt and possible both Smith and Troy play if not in my mind wont matter.. Pitt's offense may just be getting ready for a run and defense will shut down Carolina.. This feels like the Raiders game all over again .. Clausen could not beat Pitt he aint beating the Steelers.. Pitt by 17 or more.. Pitt -13 for 3 units.. A little of a homer play but bet the Jets last week.. No Panthers for Zig this week..gl..

Betus has steelers at -15.5... Steelers have been having trouble scoring. I like the panthers to beat 15.5...

Starting OG Mackenzy Bernadeau (knee), starting FB Tony Fiammetta (ankle), and starting RT Garry Williams (knee) have been limited in practice this week, as well as DB Chris Gamble (ankle) and DE Tyler Brayton (hip). Fortunately, Brian St. Pierre is in tip-top shape should the Steelers eat Jimmy Clausen alive at any given point in the game.


Panthers' strength is the ground game which plays right into the Steelers strength (63.4 per game allowed).
