Peyton won't take another snap either....he's done.

I think New England is in trouble with this offense coming to town.

Eli is a good QB. He's not even close to Peyton on his best day, and on his worst he's really, really bad.

Nope you're wrong. But he ain't Peyton, never will be which is why he always has that pained expression on his face.

That's the second time you called me a cowboys or eagles fan. The first was when I said the giants wouldn't finish any better an 9-7 in week 6.

lol this is real simple. qb with winning postseason record > qb with losing postseason record.

and peyton on his worst day puts up 3 points @ NE in the playoffs lmao. hard to be worse than that. oh and if eli played the majority of his games in domes like peyton he would have comparable numbers if not better. peyton in the meadowlands would make sanchez look good.

I said last year that eli manning was a top 5 qb in the league today and everyone thought i was nuts. The real comparison here is between eli and phillip rivers as both were 1st round picks that were traded for one another and now eli looks for his 2nd superbowl title and has won seven road playoff games while the other has not done as much.

Quarterbacking is not all about numbers it's about winning and winning those big games. Listen in today's game anyone can put up big numbers because they cater to the quarterbacks of today. I think it was what 3 qb's over 5000 yards passing and 4 more qb's over 4000. Great you can go out and put up big yards but in the end it's all about winning.

well said. case in point is carson palmer, guy throws for over 400 yards every week and still loses. so sick of hearing about passing yards, most overrated stat ever. brees's record is particularly laughable since he only got it because he threw so many more times than any other qb.

qb is the one position that should be judged primarily by wins and losses and performance in big games. eli is a flat out better big game qb than peyton. no way peyton wins these two OUTDOOR road playoff games eli just won, NO WAY.

Eli is good, but the main reason for both of NY's Superbowl runs is their defense. Both times they turned it on at the end of the season and carried it into the playoffs.

Peyton Manning is the best QB I've ever seen play.

People have this misconception that a QB is better than he is if his team wins. If thats the case than Marino is worse than Trent Dilfer.
