Farve & Rodgers switch teams ??

What are your thoughts. If Farve was to go play on the Packers team today and Rodgers was put on the Vikings squad who would win the game. This conversation came up today and I believe the Vikings win with either QB. Vikings are a more well rounded team. Whats your thoughts.

great point steel.......

With that oline in GBay Favre would probably already be hurt.......

You switch them out and GBay is same record or worse IMO and Minny is probably unbeaten.......

What game were you watching?? The O-Line looks pretty bad to me. Oh, and is Rodgers supposed to put up 40pts every game? I guess that means the defense better step it up huh....

Rodgers holds on to the ball way to long. He was responsible for a lot of those sacks he took yesterday as he was outside the pocket and could have thrown ball away.

Favre gets rid of most of those balls or finds a hot route to go to.

It cracks me up that everyone consistently says Rodgers better than Favre (he might have more upside today than Favre long term right now) when the guy hasn't done anything more than put up numbers. If Favre was playing like Rodgers has been and they were posting the record ppl would be saying he is washed up and needs to retire.

Nice post here. You live in Minni so what else could you come up with. You obviousally don't know much about football. Rodgers o-line is horrible and to blame a sack on a QB is comical. Answer this, would Rodgers win behind the Vikings line and with the Peterson. If you answer "no' then you better learn more about the game.

Because I don't agree with your opinion I have no idea about football. So basically people that follow the team can't comment because they are biased.

I watch all the Vikings games and am critical when needed. Favre play is nothing to be critical of at this point. He is playing mistake free football and making plays when needed. The run game is struggling and I know as you are Steelers fan you saw that up close the week before. The MN offensive line is overrated and a work in progress.

Personally any decent QB more than likely would have won the last game vs. GB as Harvin set up team with great field position and defense dominated the 1st half.

Watch the Packers and Vikings game from Sunday and I guarantee you can find at least 3 sacks Rodgers took that he was outside the pocket and could have thrown the ball away.

Fact is Rodgers is 10-13 as a starter with 2 wins over playoff teams (Ind and Min last year) 2 seasons as starter. Get over your hatred for Favre and be unbiased with your analysis of Rodgers QB play.

Once again, you have no clue and you wear minni glasses. Vikings O-line is under rated ? LMAO. Its as easy as this, if Rodgers was playing QB for the Vikings the Vikings would have won the game. MEANING, the Vikings have a more complete team. Take off your viking glasses.

Ok Steel you are right I have no clue. Sorry I spoke up. Next time change the thread and intial post to "If Rodgers played for Vikings outcome wouldn't change, Favre is POS and getting to much credit." Then you can voice your opinion and get no feedback.

While your at it go back and watch the Monday night game and remind me how great Rodgers played and what opportunities he had to put up more points early in that game.

Seriously dude why start threads with questions and then act all arrogant and pompous when people disagree with your opinion. You did it with the whole tylenol deal with your son and now your doing it again.

in regards to your comment on Vikings O Line don't you think if they were playing good vs Steelers 3 shots from the 1 with AP they choose to run the ball 10 out of 10 times vs. having Favre drop back and throw it twice then settling for a FG?

Favre would be getting sacked less in GB than Rodgers is now, and Rodgers would be getting sacked more in Minnesota than Favre is now. How much more and how much less, I don't know.
