Question Favorite play for the divisional round

Whats your favorite play, nothing too exotic, but 1st half and totals is cool

LIst your favorite play and WHY, give us your thoughts

Not a penny but rewards for your thoughts. Mini writeup

All will get 25 reward points and then winners will get another 25

Also before the games start ill reward 100 to the best write up

So even if it loses the best effort will 100 points, all get 25 and after the games 25 to winning plays

JUST ONE PLAY WITH WRITE UP NEEDS TO BE A WIDELY AVAILABLE PLAY AND NUMBER (CONSENSUS)

when watching the colts last week , their defense was running to the ball . looked like a team that enjoyed their recent success
hoping ty Hilton is close to 100 % as Luck is sure sharing the wealth but he is their key
chiefs D of course is supect .. I like the colts to have a good chance of winning
realizing we are going against the magic man at QB, but I think we match em , and get a turnover when he tosses one of his crazy passes up
taking them plus the points

Luck and company with the old man kicking a game winner

Dallas Cowboys go into this game with a head of steam...primarily off the legs of Elliott...Cowboys have the experience of thiis game type whereas Rams will be new to all this...seeing how they were shut down last year 1 and done in playoffs...I expect numerous 3 and outs or 5-6 plays then out for Rams...then a shitload of sitting on the bench watching the time clock click click click away...
Jerry Jones may also be looking at some $$ flow coming his way if his Cowboys roll and if Eagles win...may be seeing the Championship game in that big fukin stadium to help pay for that 80 billion dollar bitch of a screen floating above....incentive reaching from the top to the rungs of the field I say...
The addition of Amari Cooper really opens up the running game...if only fucknut Dez woulda waited 3-4 more weeks...culd u imagine Dez on one side, Amari on the other, Elliott flanking out and Dak up the middle??? Hopefully Gallup can fill the shoes and be a dark horse in this game...
I feel the hype of the atmosphere that Goff has yet to witness will be his undoing..and just 1 fumble in this game can be the tell tale of it all....the trenches will win the game and I believe Dallas has the edge..
Cowboys in a great close game by 4 ill even drop the final on ya...

Dallas 21 -- LA Rams 17

w00t!!!

KC 1st half -3, You could write a book about what we have seen from the QB position this season. They have a battle worthy coach who knows that starting fast with this team is the ticket to winning. They are also well rested with youth on their side. The kid is magic and he is going to show all of us that the stage is not to big for him. KC - LAC AFC playoffs should be a barn burner.

Cowboys and Indy with the points

Cowboys can run all day with Zeke against that suspect run D of LA. Dallas can put pressure on Goff and overall I think their D can matchup well against the Rams. Maybe a 24-20 type game.

Indy has an underrated defense and that offense will score on that shit defense of KC. KC will get theirs on offense but I think Indy gets enough stops to keep it close or win outright. I can see a 31-27 type game.

My best bet of the weekend is Dallas + the points, I'm also playing them on the ML for a half unit as I think they can win this game SU. The Cowboys should be able to run the ball against a Rams defense allowing 5.1 yds per rush attempt, this will enable them to control the clock, wear down the Rams D, and keep their explosive offense on the sidelines, at some point the Rams will have to load the box to stop Zeke, maybe bring their safeties close to the line, and if/when that happens, it should allow Dak to find Amari Cooper downfield for a couple of big plays.

Defensively the key to slowing the Rams offense is being able to contain Todd Gurley, the Rams average 4.9 yards per rush attempt, but that plays perfectly into the Cowboys rush defense which only allows 3.7 yards per rush attempt. If Dallas can shut down Gurley (who isn't 100% and will be playing with a bad knee), and force Goff into obvious passing situations, advantage Cowboys. The Rams offense is predicated on the play fake, Goff is excellent at that, but if you're in 2nd or 3rd and long, that takes away the threat of the run, Goff is at his best when the defense doesn't know what's coming, but stop Gurley and force the Rams to throw it and they can be beat. Seattle was the league's number 1 rushing team averaging 160 yards per game on the ground, but last week the Cowboys held them to only 73 yards on 3.0 yards per attempt, if they could stop the league's best rushing attack last week, there's no reason why they couldn't do it to LA this week.

One last thing, even though the game is being played in LA, the Rams won't have the typical home field advantage you would expect, there will be a ton of Cowboy's fans in the Coliseum Saturday night, the crowd will be something like 60/40 Rams, but when Dallas makes a big play, you'll hear a lot of cheering, the Rams home field advantage is the worst of all the remaining playoff teams.

I have this as a very close game, and a Cowboys SU win wouldn't surprise me at all, I think they're a very live dog and +7 is a strong play for me.

Dallas Cowboys +7.5 -125

Best play on the board, out of all the dogs they probably stand the best chance of an outright win, the touchdown cushion makes it strong.

Goff and co. will come out with some rust, Zeke and dallas o-line should be able to dominate and enough big plays from Dak should keep them within striking distance. 22-20 type of final

According to almost Everybody ... the Colts have already covered and won.

Since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970, KC is 4-16 SU and 3-17 ATS in the playoffs ... including 0-9 ATS at home.

QBís making 1st Career Post Season start (vs a QB not making his 1st Start)

4-29 SU ... as a home FAV 4-13 ATS

Jackson (Ravens) X
Trubisky (Bears) X
Watson (Texans) X

Now 4-32 SU & 4-16 ATS at home ... Mahomes on deck

This will be the 9th time Andy Reid has led a team to the playoffs since reaching the Super Bowl with the Eagles in the 2004-05 season. Reidís teams have gone 4-8 SU and ATS, and Reid is one-and-done in 5 of his past 9 playoff appearances

Since 2003, teams that see the line move 0.5-point or more in their direction have gone 68-51-4 (57%) ATS in the NFL Playoffs ... Underdogs in this situation are 34-11-2 (76%) ATS ... Colts moved from +6 to +5Ĺ at Chiefs

I Say Fuck all that noise ...

[302] Kansas City Chiefs -4 (-123)

Stuff I like ...

Since 1990, using data from Pro-Football-Reference, there have been 56 dome teams that played in outdoor playoff games. These teams are 12-44 (21.4%) SU and 18-36-2 (33.3%) against the spread (ATS) in these matchups.

In games played in freezing temperatures, 32 degrees or colder, dome teams are 4-18 (18.2%) SU and 8-13-1 (38.1%) ATS

Andrew Luck in outdoor playoff games ...1-3 SU and ATS ... 4 TDs, 9 INTs
