Football Prop Question - Longest Field Goal

I bet a longest field goal prop in the NFC Championship game under 42.5 yards. The sportsbook (BetJamaica) cancelled the bet. When I asked why, they said the bet was void because no field goals were kicked in the game.

Does this make sense? Shouldn't no field goals make the under an automatic winner? I made this exact same bet at another book, and the under was paid out. Ontario Lottery Corporation also pays out the under when no field goals are kicked.

Slammer I can't answer for BJ because I don't use them but I know the rule for Pinny is the same, if there isn't a successful field goal then the play becomes no action. Here is the rule they have listed at Pinny

For longest or shortest successful field goal of game propositions, if there are no successful field goals, then those propositions have no action.
