Just getting started and already alot of action, I like it! Setting up to be an exciting draft too. Going to try to summarize whats going on in free agency in this thread.

Delhomme released (take $12.5 million hit, yeah hes that bad)
Cromartie to Jets for conditional 3rd (yeah hes that bad now)
Burelson to Rams 5 years $25 Million
Peppers rumored to Bears
Mcnabb rumored to Rams for 2nd rounder
Sproles pretty muched locked up in San Diego
Chargers release Jamal Williams
Redskins released 10 players including Smoot, Cartwright, Randle El and Betts

It's one of the more enjoyable free agency periods I can remember, lots of action.

The moves above actual speak to which direction teams are going; example Shanahan cleaning house, Lions going for something, etc

Lions active early in free agency, two signings and a trade. Shored up the defensive line and also got a receiver to complement Johnson.

Think I am going to start drinking the Kool-Aid again, this happens to me every year......Super Bowl Bound!!! LOL
